return policy (top)

sarahsoda accepts returns on merchandise within 14 days of purchase. please email me the description of the item along with a reason and i will email you an authorization code. shipping is nonrefundable.
all returns must be in the original quality. if not, a return will not be granted and you will be responsible for shipping the item back to you.
all custom and special orders are final.

sarahsoda gift certificates are available in any denomination. gift certificates are good for one year from date of purchase. email me about what you would like and where to send it!
